On June 16, 2026, the disposable mat manufacturing enterprise of Suning Mattress Company completed the replacement of old equipment, and the new generation of fully automatic integrated production line was officially put into production.
With low automation, large loss and limited production capacity of old equipment, enterprises have introduced intelligent equipment integrating feeding, pressing, cutting and self-inspection to realize the whole process of automated production. After the new equipment was put into use, the overall production capacity increased by 35%, the product qualification rate reached 99.8%, raw materials and energy consumption decreased simultaneously, and the supporting safety early warning devices also improved the safety of workshop operations.
