In terms of production equipment, the company has introduced new machines. Compared with the traditional production line, the operation speed of the new production line has been greatly improved, and the production efficiency has been improved by more than 40% compared with before the transformation. The production capacity of the urine pad in a single day has achieved breakthrough growth, which can fully meet the demand for bulk orders in domestic and foreign markets. At the same time, it can effectively reduce the error caused by manual operation and ensure the uniformity of product specifications and stable quality.
Workshop environment and quality control are the core links in the production of disposable hygiene products. Therefore, we have added professional instruments such as intelligent stain detection equipment to carry out full-dimensional testing of the absorption speed, water locking ability, waterproofness and material comfort of each urine barrier pad, and establish a full-process traceability control system from raw materials entering the factory to the finished products leaving the warehouse to ensure that each product meets the standards of sterility, safety and high quality. Protect the safety of infants, the elderly, pet families and other consumer groups.
The renewal of the production workshop not only strengthens the company's production and manufacturing foundation, but also strengthens the company's core competitiveness in the market of disposable care products.
